I just recently got into thrifting after watching YouTube creators like Alyssa Beltempo and understanding more about how good it can be to purchase previously loved clothes. This Goodwill Boutique is in our neighborhood and people “in the know” line up before it opens for the latest stock. I’ve definitely scored by being patient and visiting frequently. Leather boots made in Argentina for $15, a Theory blazer $30 that retails for over $150 new, cashmere hoodie for $30 that retails for $80 used on Poshmark, an awesome midi cardigan new with tags for $20. The folks working there are attentive but leave you to your shopping for the most part. I wish I could try on clothes but I’ve managed. I’ve been thrilled with what I’ve found, and look forward to the next visit!

High end for a Goodwill but name brand items with some decent price. High above the normal Goodwill prices. Considering its location, the price is understandably reasonable. Definitely does not have a Goodwill vibe. The store has mainly clothing and jewelry. A mini shop with decent enough space for a small group of people to check out. Second hand but high end products. Check it out and see for yourself.

It used to be good, but has gone downhills for a year or two. I think the employees are doing a better job keeping good stuff for themselves. Once an employee snatched a coat out of my hands, told me that another employee had set it aside for herself but it got mistakenly taken onto the sales floor. Another time, when I found a nice silk scarf for my mom, the cashier got very intense, questioned me exactly where I had taken it from. I haven't found anything good for a long time and quit going since it will be just a waste of time.

I found some cool vintage stuff there years ago, and I thought I might get lucky again, so I visited a couple of times recently (post pandemic). Items are generally overpriced (yes, some are designers, but most are not, and yet they are priced high as well). Staff was weirdly rude, not customer-friendly despite the higher prices and boutique feel; place is small and cramped and hard to navigate, and the experience overall was a waste of time.

Honestly, why does this even exist? They literally get these items for FREE as donations, yet they're charging $20+ for them? That's just ridiculous. I went here once and nothing was even better than you would see in a normal Goodwill store, but the prices I saw were $15, $10, $40! Crazy.

I purchased a really cute piece of clothing, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too small for me as I wasn't able to try it on in the fitting room. I didn't touch the tag or anything and came back within 4 days to return it. However, when I approached the cashier, they bluntly refused my request for a return, stating that without a receipt, no returns would be accepted, and no exceptions would be made. I was very disappointed by this, but I remained calm and showed them the transaction on my phone to prove that I had indeed made the purchase. Despite this, the cashier's attitude was very unpleasant, which left me feeling quite upset.
